With the objective of maintaining the high quality of Quinta do Lago’s urban space, considering the specificity and spatial framework of this residential and tourist area in the municipality of Loulé, the municipality of Loulé and Quinta do Lago SA joined efforts and created InfraQuinta in 1995. The company operations began on January 1, 1996.
The creation of the company aimed specifically at gathering a set of skills and knowledge that would allow a good management of the infrastructure and public spaces of Quinta do Lago to ensure the maintenance of the high quality standards of this urban space.
